Experience

MAPM has over 25 years of experience in the programme and project spheres. We have managed a mulitude of projects within various industries. We are experienced in Waterfall, Agile and Prince 2 and can onboard resources as and when required to fill any type of role.

Remote Working

MAPM works remotely. To reduce overheads, provide staff satisfaction and work efficiently, we have taken the bold step to conduct all work remotely. Staff and contractors can work in their own time, be at home for the children and fetch and carry, as long as prescribed project hours are achieved.The right tools are available to enable a full remote working environment and stakeholder interaction.

Our Team

The team is led by Andrew Spruyt and draws on the right professionals for the each programme and project. Andrew has a wealth of experience in the Waterfall and Agile spaces and is not scared of "getting his hands dirty" when running a programme or project.

The waterfall methodology is a linear project management approach, where stakeholder and customer requirements are gathered at the beginning of the project, and then a sequential project plan is created to accommodate those requirements.

The Agile methodology is a way to manage a project by breaking it up into several phases. It involves constant collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement at every stage. 

Project management is the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience to achieve specific project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters.
